OPENING JANUARY 2024
Our second Bridge School will open its doors in January 2024. Nestled in the suburb of Morningside our school is conveniently placed for parents living and traveling to and from work in Sandton on the same grounds as the Bet David Progressive Jewish Congregation. Parents wanting to enrol students in Grade R,1,2,3,4 and 8 can enrol now for 2024 with more grades being phased in from 2025. Come and meet our principal and see the developments at our new school while we prepare for the arrival of our students in January 2024.

Message from The Principal
Renie Sutherland
Education must be relevant and progressive. I am a firm believer in learning being experiential and hands-on. The world is not a ‘one size fits all’. Education must be flexible enough to address the needs and characteristics of the students we serve.
I am very much motivated by the intangible influence we have on the hearts and minds of those we encounter. Reflecting on the legacies we will leave behind, the impact we have on the world, and the profound importance of living a life that leaves a positive and lasting imprint. How exciting to become part of a team who embraces neurodiverse education and want to foster an inclusive community that recognizes and celebrates the unique strengths and talents of all individuals. By embracing neurodiversity, we can create learning environments that cater to diverse needs, promote understanding, and empower neurodivergent individuals to reach their full potential

Academic programme
Grade R and 1: 7:30 – 12:45
Grades 2: 7:30 – 13:00
Grades 3 and 4: 7:30 – 13:30
Grade 8: 7:30 – 14:00
Extra curricular
Participating in the school's extra-curricular programme is mandatory to ensure each child is given the opportunity to develop holistically. Students are required to participate in at least one sport or one cultural activity per term.
The programme is designed in such a way that a wide variety of interests are accommodated.
Our cultural activities are as follows
Our Grade 4 and 8 students in 2024 (with further grades being phased in from 2025) will have the opportunity to join clubs or become leaders in the Robotics and Coding and Science and Maths clubs.
